My only question would be: WHY? What are the reasons for these statistics? (Make sure you read the article before you answer.)

  1. I love this article because it reveals the true meaning of America and why many of us are here. By giving the statistical data and facts thus re-enforcing the points of having immigrants benefits the country. However, when those “natives” are not taking advantage and opportunity’s but when we do they get upset. When he mentioned kicking out those that are sucking up the greatness of this country and don’t contributing was so true. And needed to be said and addressed.

  2. I find these articles and these books of "truth" to highly iterate me. I feel ashamed, who are these people who run this country and think they are god himself. Sucking up greatness? Not contributing? When? Emigrants are some of the hardest working people I have ever known. Granted some have become "entitled and don't know the basics of American history and law" but the same could be said for citizens, entitled Americans who have road on the backs of others to build this country to be what it is. The true meaning of America is still yet to be determined, trust and believe the uglies of this country continue to reveal themselves and I can't say I can get in line with most of it. The facts does re-enforce the point of having immigrants benefiting the country for its key thing labor. Emigrants bring money in to this country not only do they help build this country they then turn around and spend money in this country. If all the migrants in those statics were to be sent back "whence they came from" I feel America would be empty. A live example being Just this past semester I covered a bodega strike by all Yemen bodegas as a response to Trump, over 100 Brooklyn delis alone were closed, what happens if the other stores run by emigrants were closed. New York, Chicago, St Louis and everywhere else would be shut down. We would have buildings and no people. We would lose money and the economy would fail. We would all thus be migrating somewhere else and lets just say most other countries don't think highly of Americans.

  3. Great article,
Shows what America truly is and the opportunities it has given us. Although many people think that the American Dream comes easy...in reality it is not so easy. You have to work hard and believe in yourself and the people around you to succeed.Everyone wants everything handed to them without putting in the world themselves. When someone sees a rich man driving they start to hate...but why? that rich man has a story of his own, and he worked hard to get into the car he is in while others stand around and judge and hate.
